Many foreigners want to apply for China Working Visa. However, you need to look for a job or open a company to apply for China Working Visa.
You need to submit the followings to apply for China Working Visa:
1. Employer Business license
2. Education Diploma(Notarized by the local notarization department and then approved by the Chinese Embassy in your country)
3. No Criminal Certificate(Notarized by the local notarization department and then approved by the Chinese Embassy in your country)
4. Previous Working Experience Certificate(Need to stamped by the previous copany or signed by person in charge)
***The above documents should be submitted original documents.
The procedure of applying for Guangzhou Work Visa is as follows:
1. Body Check(One in three copies)
2. Get approval of company inoformation from Expert Bureau(5 working days)
3. Apply for Foreigner's work permit notice(15 working days)
4. Go back to your home country and apply for Z visa with the work permit notice
5. Once you get the Z visa,come back in China within Z visa's effective date
6. Apply for Foreigner's work card as long as you get back with Z visa (15 working days)
7. Apply for Residence Permit at immigration(7 working days)
Time: About 1.5 Month
